The job itself will be incredibly varied, and will give you invaluable exposure to all aspects of running a hedge fund; including trading, portfolio, risk management and product development. To be successful in this role you will need to be both organised and highly ambitious, as you will be working closely with senior management on a whole array of projects, and undertaking various ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of the firm.
Key responsibilities
In this Trading graduate job, your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring the firm’s existing positions across funds, including credit and scenario analysis
Carrying out quantitative assessment of proposed new transactions, and working closely with the investment team
Collating and processing information for investor reports and newsletters
Preparing material for investors - including presentations for prospective investors and write-ups for existing ones
Working closely with senior management on a number of different projects
Undertaking ad hoc duties as and when required
