Job Description

You will be in charge of managing a broad range of administrative tasks to ensure the firm will be able to run smoothly. Also, when the company is able to move into their office’s you'll be taking ownership of the smooth running of the office, constantly striving to make the working environment better, more productive and generally an exciting place to work. For the right candidate, this diverse role can lead in many directions, focusing on more operational support, admin support or HR.

Key responsibilities

In this Office Manager job in London, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing various internal data, ensuring it is organised and protected
  • Various ad hoc administrative duties
  • Helping the business move into its new offices
  • Managing the office on a day-to-day basis
  • Welcoming all guests, visitors, contractors etc professionally with a warm manner
  • Being helpful and resolve queries, using effective listening, questioning and problem-solving skills
