Job Description
You communicate proactively and ensure that the necessary information is provided on time by and to various colleagues and departments. You are familiar with working in an ERP (software) environment and contribute to the further structuring and professionalization of standardized automated processes together with HQ.
More detailed, the following tasks may occur (as well as other common ones);
Key holder for out of hours alarm activation at office - burglar / fire
The administrative processing of quotations, timesheets and other common documents in consultation with HQ
Update and maintain BUK office server
Obtain and supply PO’s from customers and to UK based suppliers
Maintain and update the BUK email inbox
Assess credit card statements of our staff for correct expenditure
Administrate the planning and weekly reports of the Field Service Engineers in Axapta
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner
Counting depot stock and place orders where necessary
ISO 9000 maintain and review compliance , carry out monthly check of quality items
Make sure that our FSE are up to date with their courses (forklift, IPAF), review driving licenses etc. etc.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Significant experience as an Office Manager. Ability to problem solve. Ability to work autonomously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize conflicting tasks. ‘Can do’ attitude. Prepared to work outside of office-hours if necessary. Experience: Administration: 1 year (Preferred). administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred). Education: A-Level or equivalent (Preferred).
