Job Description
We require a purchasing administrator to work within our manufacturing division to carry out tasks, including:
- Processing orders with supply chain for products and materials.
- Ensuring lead times and delivery dates from supply chain are managed and communicated to other departments as required.
- To calculate part requirements from work schedules.
- Assist the manufacturing manager with maintaining stock control and re-order levels.
- Ensure all costs are entered on the ERP software and prices checked prior to ordering.
- Liaising with suppliers over lead times and identifying the most cost effective and efficient solutions for the requirements.
- Assisting the manufacturing manager with goods in administration and following up with suppliers any items damaged/omitted as necessary.
- Maintaining excellent communication with other departments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensuring customer is kept up to date with order status and delivery date to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Advanced level of MS Excel required for creating, managing and analyzing data for production figures and reports.
- Plus other miscellaneous administration duties..
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Experience: Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Required). supply chain administration: 1 year (Preferred).
