Job Description

We are seeking a very strong candidate for this role to help deliver excellent customer service and future growth of the businesses.

Salary: Competitive salary for the right candidate plus monthly bonus based on set sales targets

Position: Part-time position, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week

Holidays: 22 days holiday per annum pro-rata

Pension: Group Personal Pension Plan

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Necessary attributes and skills are: · Sales administration knowledge essential, preferably within an export department · Enthusiastic and self-motivated · Experienced in dealing with customers over the telephone which is essential and a key part of the role · Very good organizational skills · Excellent communication skills, both internal and external · Good attention to detail · Computer literate (Excel and Word essential) · Good numeracy skills · Working knowledge of sales order processing systems · Confident telephone manner, great conversational skills and a professional attitude · Fluency in additional languages to English preferred but not essential Excellent opportunity for an experienced Export or Sales Administrator to join our small team.
