Our business is growing and office-based support is critical to the success of the growth strategy. We’d like someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude to work with our great team to help customers and organize installs.
Key responsibilities include:
· Management of our Quality Management and CRM systems (Salesforce)
· Handling all enquiries
· Booking appointments with clients
· Filing paperwork for contracts
· Calendar management
· Support work for the Office Manager & Director
· Organizing contractors and processing timesheets
· Scheduling installs with clients
· Accounts management
· Maintain robust filing nature of company
· Maintain upkeep and organization of office
· Any other duty which, from time to time, may reasonably be required
