Main duties Responsible for all aspects of bookkeeping/accounting.
- Preferably used to dealing with income that is not sales invoice originated i.e. from tills / online / DD’s etc.
- The reconciliation of bank and cash control accounts
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Supervision of one member of staff
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Dealing with payroll matters and liaising with payroll bureau who currently run our payroll.
To undertake other duties as required by the Directors from time to time including, some aspects of HR and Health and Safety.
