As a part of the team, you will take part in building a wide variety of games on multiple TV platforms played by millions of players globally. As a Games Designer, you'll bring ideas to the team, build prototypes, create interactive narration and develop the game's mechanics. You'll design systems that are easily maintainable, expandable and comfortable to use, while injecting fun into the user experience (UX).

Key responsibilities
In this Games Designer graduate job, your responsibilities will include:
Research the mobile games of different genres and create Connected TV versions of them
Consider, plan and detail every element of a new game (including the setting, rules, story flow, props, character interface and modes of play)
Producing Game Design documents for the development team
Analyse user behaviour and optimize the games for Connected TV
Lead on the UX design of the game, ensuring players have the best experience
Day-to-day communication with the Production Team and Leadership Team
You will be responsible for the full life cycle of game mechanics, all the way from a documented design and wireframes through production and post-launch optimization

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
2-3 years’ experience in games design Good knowledge of game design, balance and game analytics The desire to work on a new platform (Connected TV) Experience working with remote teams, specifically developers Good spoken and written technical English Good understanding of user behaviour The ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
