As an Administrative Assistant you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The role holder provides support to managers and employees, assists in daily office needs and manages the company’s general administrative activities.
Key duties and responsibilities....• Maintain administrative workflow by studying methods, implementing cost reductions and developing reporting procedures.
Create/update monthly reports that are required by the Manager.
Report results and suggested plans to key internal and external team members.
Prepare agendas, attend meeting and takes notes
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Answer and direct phone calls
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Book travel arrangements
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
Drive continuous improvement to all areas of the business, systems and processes
Hours: 7am - 4pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm (Mon to Fri) Benefits:
Salary of £24,000 - £25,000

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
