Job Description

As the Training & Sales Administrator your role will be extremely busy and varied assisting with all of the sales and back-office functions that are associated with delivering training. You will be assisting the Managing Director, Finance Manager, and the wider team in the office.

To help with the conversion of enquires into sales bookings and general administration around the delivery of training. This will include cold and warm calling. This role is an external customer facing role. This will include but is not limited to the following: -

Main Duties:

  • Supporting the revenue generation through efficient processing of bookings and also through lead conversion.
  • Act as a point of contact for sales enquiries and client requests relating to training.
  • Act as the lead on Hootsuite for social media platforms as applicable for the company.
  • Support the management of online and telephone bookings.
  • Ensure smooth running of training by developing close working relationships with the administration team, delivery team, associates, partners and clients.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Director, including email correspondence, booking meetings, weekly updates on programmes delivered, and monitoring project progress using internal systems.
  • Build and maintain rapport with our clients, offer a personalized service. This is about developing existing customer relationships as well as establishing new relationships.
  • Priorities your work by planning and focusing your tasks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines is essential. Strong IT skills (excel, word, outlook and social media). Experience within external training sales would be advantageous. Previous experience working within a external training company would be advantageous. Excellent customer service skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Keen team player with the ability to work well towards own initiative. Accurate administration skills and a good eye for detail. Experience: Administration: 5 years (Required). Sales: 3 years (Required). Microsoft Applications to include Excel: 5 years (Required).
