Job Description
The idea is that you gain a holistic understanding of all aspects of the business and following completion of the graduate scheme, you join the team to which you’re best suited. As part of their leading division, you’ll spend 13 weeks on each of the following teams; Development Finance, Bridging Loans, Buy-to-Let mortgages and Second Charge Mortgages. You’ll gain experience in underwriting, broker support, sales, and analytical roles.
Key responsibilities
Rotations across four major product divisions
Liaising with and build relationships with senior management teams,
Liaising with internal and external stakeholder
Developing key data-driven insights for clients
Impacting on each department through analysis, sales, underwriting, brokering and administrative work.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A 2:1 or above from university in a Finance, Economics or related degree Excellent numerical, literacy and analytical skills Excellent communicative ability both written and verbal A real interest in finance Internship or commercial experience a plus but not a prerequisite Ability to build strong relationships with clients as well as work well in a team Well presented, confident and enthusiastic
