Job Description

You will be responsible for introducing and selling a superior product that will tangibly benefit every good cause it reaches. You’ll start with a focus on Northern Ireland and branch out to charities across the UK; prospecting, conducting online demos and holding intelligent conversations in closing new business. In this fantastic graduate sales opportunity, you will be combining a B2B commercial environment with the added benefit of positive social impact. You’ll be managing executive level relationships and work directly with their Head of Sales and Senior Partnerships Managers.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategically prospecting new leads
  • Conducting online demonstrations and closing new business
  • Working with Senior Partnerships Managers to create innovative customer propositions
  • Developing and managing executive-level relationships
  • Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A 2.1 from university Commercial, client-facing or sales experience is a big plus A naturally self-motivated and hard-working attitude A competitive edge Excellent written and verbal communication A Bachelor’s Degree or experience in a sales environment Self-motivation Ambition Resilience Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to demonstrate your potential for a career in sales To be a self-starter. Your success will be in your hands Great people and relationship-building skills - you must be confident and comfortable interacting with professionals of various backgrounds via different communication outlets (phone, email, face-to-face etc.) Be enthusiastic about what you do, your energy is a strength
