Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Providing 1st and 2nd line support to their global network of customers Performing analysis on customer data and providing customers with figures Actively monitoring system using a variety of tools such as SQL Resolving customer issues Collaborating closely with internal departments Job requirements A Computer Science degree or similar from a good university or 1-2 years’ experience in a 1st or 2nd line application support role in a customer-facing environment It's a huge benefit to have written and spoken fluency in another language (in particular Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Russian) Analytically minded - proficient in SQL A confident communicator A strong interest in learning on the job You flourish in a dynamic high-pressure environment
