Job Description
Whilst working towards your Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship your duties will include:
System filing
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints where possible or seek help
Provide customers with pricing and delivery information
Communicate and coordinate issues with internal departments
Carry out any other functions as requested to by management
work outside of normal office hours as and when required
Answer telephone and email enquiries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Ability to type. Knowledge of administrative procedures. Retain product knowledge which will be part of the on the job training. Email and Internet proficiency. Imitative when dealing with customers to make sales or resolve issues. Ability to work unsupervised as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy. Adaptability to deal with new systems and changes to improve customer journey. Interpersonal skills. Communication skills - verbal and written. Good listening skills. Team player. Reliable. Punctual. Educated to GCSE or equivalent level (A*- C / 9 - 4 grades desirable). Imitative when dealing with customers to make sales: 1 year (Preferred). Email and Internet proficiency: 1 year (Preferred).
