Job Description
As a Business Administration Apprentice (Recruitment and Compliance) your duties and responsibilities will be:
Answering calls, taking messages speaking with people internally and externally
Processing applications of healthcare assistants on to a computer-based system
Sending out references for successful candidates and chasing these
Processing DBS’s using an online portal
Uploading certificates onto personnel files
Ensuring all personnel files are up to date and accurate
Speaking with candidates on the telephone to make them aware of missing information on their file
