Job Description

As a Business Administration Apprentice (Recruitment and Compliance) your duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Answering calls, taking messages speaking with people internally and externally
  • Processing applications of healthcare assistants on to a computer-based system
  • Sending out references for successful candidates and chasing these
  • Processing DBS’s using an online portal
  • Uploading certificates onto personnel files
  • Ensuring all personnel files are up to date and accurate
  • Speaking with candidates on the telephone to make them aware of missing information on their file
