Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic self – motivated administrator to work in our busy team. This varied role involves dealing with the public and other professionals via telephone, taking messages and passing them on appropriately, filing, typing letters and reports, and other clerical duties, and also dealing with internal and external post duties.

Other essential requirements include having a good standard of education including numeracy and literacy, have a good working knowledge of administrative processes, be competent in the use of Microsoft Office Packages e.g. word, outlook, excel etc., and be willing to be trained to use the Trusts own IT system.
