Job Description

You will be working with a number of other Financial Accountants to prepare the statutory accounts for a large volume of acquisitions. The team are hard-working, friendly, outgoing and are welcoming of all staff members.

You will be expected to:

• Prepare statutory accounts, ensuring they align with US GAAP and other local regulatory requirements
• Complete VAT returns
• Liaise with other departments and the Senior Management team to resolve any complex issues relating to regulatory requirements
• Complete expense accruals
• Produce accurate and timely month and year end tax returns
• Work with internal and external auditors to complete audit process

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience in producing statutory accounts Qualified with ACCA/ACA/CIMA or any other UK equivalent Experience producing Financial Accountants A track record working with external auditors
