Not a role for someone who wants to take the backseat at a business, this position has been created with one individual in mine… someone who is pro-active and forthcoming; able to spot discrepancies & identify areas of improvement as you will be pivotal in developing reporting schedules alongside introducing appropriate KPIs.

A key responsibility will include business partnering with stakeholders to monitor & understand business performance against plans and budgets to spearhead the company to its next phase of success.

Aside from this, you will enjoy mentoring and managing a team of transactional accountants, ensuring their day-to-day inputs contribute to the monthly management accounts pack in order for you to take the lead & present in board meetings.
