Job Description

Experienced Full time bookkeeper required for Freight forwarding company based at East Midlands Airport, approximately 35 hours per week. Applicants must be experienced and fully conversant with Sage 50 Cloud Essentials.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Preparation of accounts to trial balance stage. Preparation & submission of quarterly VAT returns & EC Sales Lists. Reconciliation of bank accounts. Check purchase invoices & maintain purchase ledger, make BACS payments. Prepare sales invoices & maintain sales ledger & chase outstanding debts. Process weekly wages, submit RTI returns, process CRJS claims. Must be fully conversant with Microsoft Excel.
