An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator / Accounts Assistant for a Leicester based independent property management company.
Key responsibilities for the position would include:
Helping prepare month end accounts, accounts payable & bank reconciliations
Invoice inputting
Maintaining records & supporting auditing efforts / compliance
Managing & maintaining an accurate property portfolio database
Tenancy application progression
Diary management
Data entry
Dealing with both current & potential clients
General office duties
Being proactive with a willingness to learn
This position is office based.

Excellent organizational & prioritization skills. Excellent written & oral communication skills. High accuracy & attention to detail. Ability to work on your own as well as in a team. Knowledge of general computer software (MS Word, Excel, & Outlook). Arithmetic & English competence.
