Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator / Accounts Assistant for a Leicester based independent property management company.

Key responsibilities for the position would include:

  • Helping prepare month end accounts, accounts payable & bank reconciliations
  • Invoice inputting
  • Maintaining records & supporting auditing efforts / compliance
  • Managing & maintaining an accurate property portfolio database
  • Tenancy application progression
  • Diary management
  • Data entry
  • Dealing with both current & potential clients
  • General office duties
  • Being proactive with a willingness to learn

This position is office based.

Remuneration:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent organizational & prioritization skills. Excellent written & oral communication skills. High accuracy & attention to detail. Ability to work on your own as well as in a team. Knowledge of general computer software (MS Word, Excel, & Outlook). Arithmetic & English competence.
