Job Description

We are looking for a professional, energetic and efficient Financial Administrator to join us, you will be AAT qualified and have demonstrative experience with preparing and maintaining Management Accounts – could this be you? You will be someone who is looking for a role where you can develop both personally and professionally within the company. Do you want to be an integral part of a growing company? Interested? You will work closely with both the Company Accountant and the Managing Director. You will be highly efficient, flexible and ensure work meets our high service standards with both internal and external customers.

Some of the areas that you will be responsible for include:

  • Credit control.
  • Running the purchase ledger.
  • Processing International Bank Transactions.
  • Update Cash flow forecast on a weekly basis
  • Weekly bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in the preparation of Management Accounts, VAT returns, Duty Deferments, Transitional Simplified Procedures and payroll.
  • Ensuring that company processes are used at all times, identify and report any gaps or inefficiencies which may be relevant to the role.

You may have a background of the following accounts administrator, finance administrator, financial administrator, financial administration, office manager, office administrator, etc.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
A good understanding of the Xero Accounting software. Have excellent client service in everything that they do. Be highly competent with Microsoft office. Have great numerical skills. A can-do attitude with great attention to detail and a self-starter.
