They successfully provide business advice to SME's across the UK to enhance their business practices. We are recruiting an ACA/ACCA qualified Financial Accountant to join their advisory team. This is a great opportunity to work in an advisory capacity with a select portfolio of clients. If a new approach in your accounting career is what you're looking for then this role offers just that. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Practice with additional experience in Senior Finance roles within industry welcomed. The role requires:

*Sound knowledge of the fundamentals of the UK tax system concerning accounting,
compliance and tax issues (relevant to SME's in the UK).
*Ability to provide best practice on how to grow and support SME's and practices.
[Mentoring available if required]
*Excellent communication skills whether face-to-face, over the telephone, in writing,
or group presentations
*Resolving technical queries for qualified accountants as to how best they can
provide excellent customer service to clients who need their advice and experience
*A motivating presence allied to a willingness to embrace change
*Understanding how professional ethics play a key role for all accountants
