They will be reporting directly to the MD, with the potential of developing into a Management role for the right candidate!
As well as assisting in Accounts, Tax, Xero, and Apps etc., ideally the candidate will assist the MD in managing other areas of the firm, giving a great growth and development opportunity!
The role will include supervising and training other team members, so some supervisor/manager experience would be desirable but not essential.
The firm is known for its’ high-level client service, and so the right candidate will get to help to maintain this. We have an extremely interesting variety of clients, with a keen interest in Hospitality businesses.
Responsibilities and Duties -
· Accounts & Tax Preparation for Companies, Soletrader, Partnerships and Charities/CICs
· Management Accounts, Budgets & Forecasting
· Review colleagues work and training team members.
· Client meetings & Zoom calls, including Xero training sessions.
· Attend events and represent firm (when allowed again!)
· Practice development and management opportunity for right candidate
