Job Description

What will the role involve?

• Management and control of standard costing processes including setting of direct labour and overhead rates;
• Monthly analysis of production variances incorporating efficiency, margin and purchase prices;
• Monitoring of direct labour and overhead recovery rates;
• Assisting with the annual budgeting process including control and production of annual cost of sales budget;
• Establishment and implementation of effective KPI's to ensure effective reporting on company performance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Applicants for the position will hold a full accountancy qualification with a strong background of working within manufacturing or engineering; The successful applicant will possess strong costing experience in addition to excellent commercial and finance business partnering capabilities.
