Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Finance you will join a busy and talented team you will be responsible for the effective financial management and control across the organisation including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, tax, balance sheet control, cash flow management, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures and financial risk management.
You will mentor and develop a team whilst playing a key role in a number of new projects including systems development and implementation.

This role will predominantly be based in a covid-secure office environment initially although flexible working will be offered to the successful candidate.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a strong technical accounting background including the preparation of statutory accounts, month and year-end accounting, tax, controls and compliance and audit. You will be a hands-on accountant will to develop and support a small team. Candidates who have trained in practice and are seeking their first move will be welcome as well as second/third movers and those candidates who have developed their relevant experience in industry.
