Job Description

Accountant required who is ideally AAT qualified on a full time, permanent basis to assist the accounts team with end of year accounts, tax returns, management accounts, bookkeeping and occasionally some audit work for clients. You must live locally to Aldershot and have work within an accounts practice previously - this is essential. Our client is willing to consider someone who is unqualified but has worked in practice for a number of years and has that experience. They will provide support for ACA or ACCA studies if this is something that the candidate is keen to do. They have a sizeable audit department with Charities, Solicitors and Academy schools being a speciality as well as other routine audits.

Preparing statutory accounts for FRS 105 & 102a entities
Preparing personal and business tax computations
Preparing management accounts for a range of different clients
Bookkeeping and VAT returns
