They have asked us to invite applications from candidates who
Have worked in a similar role within a professional accountancy firm as a Graduate with ACA Qualification
and then to have gained broader experience of at least 5 years.

Relevant candidates will need to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
· Clear evidence of delivering effective financial support, reports and monitoring to Chief Executive
· Impeccable analytical and financial skills, fluent in use of accounts & Office IT systems
· Excellent communicator, who can make sense of financial data to non-specialist audiences
· Clear attention to detail whilst maintaining sight of the bigger picture for the team.

Your approach will need to be forward thinking, flexible and innovative with the ability to lead change using best practice for other sectors. You will be a leader who finds it easy to build relationships with colleagues and diverse audiences developing trust and credibility.
