Job Description
We have a new opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator to work in our busy Technical Customer Services Department. The successful candidate will be involved in:
- Answering Technical Support direct telephone line, log the calls and forward to relevant member of the technical support group.
- Managing the Technical Support Group email account.
- General administration, file department worksheets, e.g. maintenance records, take minutes and distribute.
- Maintaining department stationary and distribute department reports.
- Distribute documents e.g. Technical Bulletins, Manuals.
- Book flights, hotels and trains
- Producing and modifying department procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
NVQ II Business Administration or equivalent. Experience of working in an Administration role. Computer literate – Word processing, Excel and PowerPoint.Good communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent time management and organizational skills. To be friendly and approachable.The ability to work as part of a team. To be flexible to the needs of the business.
