Job Description

The departments operate opening hours of 08.00 to 20.00 Monday – Friday and 09.00 to 17.00 on Saturdays, The hours for these positions are within these times and some weekend working will be required.

The post holder will be responsible for all aspects of clinic management and rescheduling and the booking of all New and Follow-up appointments. Setting up new clinic templates and maintaining a master file of all clinic templates.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to be organized, a logical thinker, enthusiastic, and highly motivated. A cheerful, caring and kind nature is essential as part of our Trust promises, delivering the best in patient experience. The ability to communicate effectively on all levels and with a variety of different stakeholders is imperative for this role. Candidates must also be able to multi-task and good problem solving skills are essential. Ideally, you would have a good understanding of RTT performance targets, waiting list management, and the hospital environment together with Customer Service experience; however, this is not essential if you can demonstrate the other required skills.
