Job Description

· Sourcing additional information in order to quickly progress enquiries.

· Use our CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics, to keep enquiries and vacancy information up-to-date.

· Provide administrative support the field sales team as appropriate.

· Provide general administrative support to the enquiry line and marketing team.

· Contribute to sales and marketing campaigns to drive sales.

· Contact a range of stakeholders to gather information as needed.

· Assist with the creation and distribution of reports.

· Develop a good understanding of our sales pipeline in order to spot trends.

Hours:

9.00am – 5.00pm

Monday – Friday


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Computer literate. Able to work as part of a team. Fast paced. Excellent communication skills – both oral and written.
