To work as an office administrator in a clean well-presented office in a hi tech electronics business, all office admin functions, telephone answering, emails, supporting senior staff with workload as required, accounts admin, purchasing support admin, support for MD and others. Work will be varied and the successful candidate will need to be bright and on the ball, think on their feet, good a conversant with Microsoft office, word, XL, writing emails, grammar, punctuation, be able to write well-presented emails to suppliers and customers. Good telephone manner. On the job training will be provided by various staff to learn specifics of the job on an as you go basis. The work is fast paced and dynamic and provides for good job satisfaction for the right candidate.
