Job Description

Our client is a highly reputable, and long standing specialist in Insolvency and Business Recovery. They have many years of experience in delivering advice and solutions to a diverse range of businesses local and nationally. Due to business growth, they are looking to recruit an ambitious Graduate, with a passion for a career in Insolvency, and the eagerness to learn.

Your role will include:

  • Supporting experienced staff with case management and compliance.
  • Reviewing financial documents and analyzing company’s financial data to identify inaccuracies and produce reports.
  • Conducting industry based research to support specific cases.
  • Liaising with stakeholders on a regular basis i.e. agents, directors and creditors.
  • Liaising with Manager/Partner/Senior Team on the progress of cases.
  • Attend case meetings and conference calls with senior team members, producing accurate minutes following the meeting.
  • Occasional attendance at marketing and networking events for business development purposes.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
As a Trainee Insolvency Administrator, you will be someone who is inquisitive, have excellent numeracy skills, and a very high attention to detail. You’ll be personable, professional and articulate, and as you will be liaising with clients and colleagues at all levels, fantastic communication skills and the ability to build relationships is vital. You’ll be skilled in Excel to an intermediate level and be able to work to strict deadlines. Although industry work experience is not essential for this position, a 2:1+ degree in an Accountancy, Finance, Business or Law related subject is.
