Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous recruitment experience, preferably within the Warehouse/Distribution sector, Confidence in dealing with both clients and candidates, Admin experience, you will be dealing with yearly audits of the company so you must be extremely organized, Confidence on the phone, able to communicate effectively, Deal with any pay queries that current workers may have, Liaising with the sales manager, ensuring any new contracts are fulfilled with the best caliber of consistent workers. Supporting on any new contracts, occasionally you will be attending meetings with your line manager to meet existing or new clients. Dealing with payroll and invoicing weekly. Aspects of business development (chasing leads) Experience: resourcing: 2 years (Required).
