Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join a highly successful team within a dynamic and expanding National Company. We have a reputation for delivering quality installation, remedial repairs and planned maintenance works across a broad spectrum of private and commercial clients across the UK.

Tennals Facilities Maintenance is a fast paced nationwide business. Customer Services is at the heart of everything we do, so we are looking for candidates who care about the work they do and our clients.

This role will be based at our head office in Oldbury. You will be working on our Helpdesk, dealing with clients and engineers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer client queries via email and over the phone.
  • Provide customers and engineers with information using a dynamic workforce database.
  • Proficient in the use of data systems, training will be provided.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook.
  • The ability to identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Liaise with engineers across UK.
  • Follow up customer queries where necessary.
  • Manage engineering time and call planning using systems provided.

Hours: 8am – 5pm with a 60-minute unpaid lunch break

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Must be hardworking and have a 'can do' attitude, with excellent communication skills. Previous FM experience and knowledge. Able to work in a fast paced business. Experience: Help desk: 2 years (Preferred). Admin: 2 years (Preferred). Facilities maintenance: 2 years (Preferred). License/Certification: Driving License (Preferred).
