Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for;
Manage the Cashbook
Raise sales invoices and credit notes
Pay purchase invoices
Allocate cash received to sales invoices
Identify bad debt and initiate the first request for payment
Reconcile cash received to sales invoices raised on a weekly basis
Review and file store paperwork returns
Issue and collate credit card statements & receipts
Manage petty cash
Maintain a record of the car fleet
Close the sales ledger at period end

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be considered for this role you will have all round accounts experience, be comfortable using excel and have used a computerized accounting system.
