Finance assistant based near Birmingham Airport required to manage all receipting and banking, verify, record and reconcile all monies received, prepare cash and cheques for banking via collection by Security Company and manage the petty cash account. Furthermore you will post journals as and when required or directed by Finance Manager. You will reconcile and process employee claims for expenses and help other members of the Finance department to ensure that the department operates within all the rules. This role is temporary to start asap and will hopefully lead to some thing permanent. It is a part time role and they can offer 25 - 30 hours
