Altum Consulting are pleased to be partnering with one of the UK's most entrepreneurial Real Estate businesses in their search for a technically strong finance professional. The role of Senior Financial Accountant will play a crucial part in the companies plan to expand into new emerging markets and requires a candidate with an eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously within a high\fast growth environment.

Responsibilities,

• Responsible for the delivery of timely and accurate group management accounts
• Reviewing internal monthly development reporting package for compliance with accounting/audit requirements
• Assisting with the production of statutory accounts and audit for group
• Ensuring Group loans are recorded, and interest is calculated in line with loan agreements on a monthly basis
• Keeping up to date with audit standards and provide training to the team on changes
• Working closely with people and building strong relationships within the organisation
• Responsible for reconciling intercompany balances in group companies

Required Knowledge & Experience,

• Full accounting qualification (ACA,ACCA)
• At least 1 year PQE industry experience in a group accounting or technically focused role
• Up to date knowledge of accounting standards and practices
• Real Estate background
• Multi-site accounting experience
• Ability to work autonomously in high-pressure situations
