The position has become available due expansion of the business and they are looking to add to there existing team of administrators.

This admin role will be on a 3 month temp to perm basis.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with suppliers in regards to deliveries and orders.
• Time sheet entry
• Raising purchase orders
• placing and monitoring stock orders and resolving and issues.
• creation of sales invoices.
• Processing quotations.
• General administration task to support management.
