Job Description

As an administrator you will be required to support the Payroll team with processing payroll and general admin duties.

Details of an Administrator:

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Working Hours: Full time
  • Mon to Friday: 9am - 5.30pm
  • Location: Walsall
  • Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Role of an Administrator:

  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Dealing with calls and emails
  • Data Inputting
  • Processing timesheets via in house system
  • Scanning, filling
  • Processing P45's/P60's
  • Dealing with general admin duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous general administration experience Ability to work with Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to organise own work and multi task Ability to analyse queries, identify problems and solutions Ability to work as a part of a team or on own initiative and work accurately under pressure
