Bank Admin and Clerical staff to cover 3 month Block Booking placements within Worcestershire Health and Care Trust.
Pay rate - Band 4 - £11.20ph
Working Pattern:- Flexible but min 20 hours per week
Part Time opportunities available, but we are looking for people to start within 2 weeks.

We are seeking an experience Accounts Payable Finance Officer who is motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and team working skills to join our bank
- Checking that we have received all the invoices from our suppliers and resolve any queries as directed.
- Ensure that invoices are approved on time.
- Assist in investigating and resolving any system errors.
- Ensure that suppliers are paid on time by assisting with payment runs.
- Act as the point of contact for suppliers with their telephone enquiries – checking the system for invoices and working to resolve any queries.
- Maintain filing systems to ensure records are kept organized including payment requests, petty cash returns and supplier statements.
- Working to deadlines in a fast paced, demanding environment whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Use of Microsoft office programmes including Outlook, Word, Excel as well as internal systems.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and also independently.
- Respecting the confidentiality of all matters relating to patient, their employment and other members of staff.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- All members of staff are required to comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
- Attend statutory, essential and mandatory training as required.
Key working relationships within the role: Internal: Working across the organization as a whole including nursing, medical, administrative/ clerical staff and other flexible workers. External: Working with NHS Trusts, patients, GPs and external healthcare organizations.
