Job Description
Site Administrator Role and Responsibilities:
- Upload documents to main contractor system
- QA check documentation
- Managing Staff & Labour timesheets
- Issue Purchase Orders
- Book new starters on to site inductions
- Assist new starters with induction paperwork
- Upload information on to Datascope
- Manage on and off hire of plant and machinery
- Ad hoc administration tasks when required
Site Administrator Candidate Requirements:
- Must have previous experience working on site in an administrative role
- Ideally have used a Document Control system
- Be positive, proactive and willing to get stuck in
- Good communication skills - written and verbal
