Job Description

Duties:

  • Help set up yearly service purchase orders and any ad hoc purchase orders as required.
  • Receiving and arranging set up of purchase orders.
  • Contributing to the submission of overtime sheets.
  • Completing monthly payments application for fixed and variable works and raising invoices to the client.
  • Raise purchase orders and see through to receipting and invoicing.
  • Approving timesheets for payment.
  • Ensuring documents held are updated accordingly and in line for auditing purposes.
  • Responsible for administration and quote queries.
  • Running of reports when requested.
  • Raising of work orders.
