Job Description

Our Administrators are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of CBT Clinics to meet the diverse needs of our customers and clients.
Administrator Responsibilities:
- Exceed our customers expectations by providing a professional and prompt customer service.
- Systems management is a key aspect of the role.
- Provide administration support for the operational and clinical teams.
- Set up new clinicians on the appropriate systems.
- Monthly reporting and highlighting any areas of concern regarding workloads.
- Research and prepare reports as required by Managers within the business.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstratable experience in an office administrator role. - Time Management – Management of own workload using time effectively to prioritise and plan  - Positivity – Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external colleagues. - Communication – Express thoughts and feelings in a way that maintains effectiveness, motivation and optimism. - Collaboration – Work as part of a team. - Organisation – Self-driven, meticulous, with high levels of attention to detail. - Problem solving – employ critical thinking to identify possible solutions. - Flexibility – Be able to adapt quickly and efficiently in line with the changing needs of the role. - Proficiency in IT.
