Our Administrators are responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of CBT Clinics to meet the diverse needs of our customers and clients.
Administrator Responsibilities:
- Exceed our customers expectations by providing a professional and prompt customer service.
- Systems management is a key aspect of the role.
- Provide administration support for the operational and clinical teams.
- Set up new clinicians on the appropriate systems.
- Monthly reporting and highlighting any areas of concern regarding workloads.
- Research and prepare reports as required by Managers within the business.
