Seeking an experienced administrator to join their well established team and become an integral part of the office.
Ensuring the smooth running of the office on a daily basis
Overseeing the admin department and coordinating work & ensuring cover
Updating Social Media throughout the day
Administration tasks including mail merge on IRIS Accountancy Suite
Assisting with Health & Safety
Assisting with some marketing activities and creating eshots and newsletters using Microsoft Publisher & Powerpoint
Arrange company events and sponsorship days
Answering busy switchboard and emailing messages where necessary
Ensuring all office supplies are ordered
Providing Reception cover - meeting and greeting Clients/customers
Booking Staff Training Courses
Amending and updating the client database
Booking hotels and travel for staff
Audio/Copy Typing
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, highly organised and accurate in their duties, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional client care. Adaptability and flexibility are key, as you will be required to have a hands-on, proactive approach to daily administrative tasks within the team. You will also have excellent ICT and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Experienced working within an administrative environment Excellent communicator (written and verbally) and attention to detail Good administration skills Ability to manage multiple tasks at once Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly
