Job Description

Our client is seeking a strong Administrator to support their sales and customer service teams.  

Essentials for this role - hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday although 9-5pm may be considered, you must be able to drive as it is based in a remote location, and excellent Excel skills are essential.

The role is a permanent position ideally to start asap.  

Duties of the Sales Administrator :

To provide administration duties for Area Managers and Department Heads as well as to the Sales and Customer Service teams by taking incoming calls and processing customer orders.

The role is mainly office based however may involve delivering goods out to customers occasionally.

Excellent Excel for reporting purposes, and able to take data from existing spreasheets as well as the CRM system and merge into a report.

Experience with a CRM system is essential as well as Excel.  The role would be office based (Covid 19 protocols are in place).

Process customer returns, ensuring the customer receives a credit and the stock is returned to the correct department.

Able to work to deadlines.
