This is a great opportunity to gain exposure in a busy office environment and develop your administrative skills. You will be working Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 17:00. Full training will be given, but experience of Administration would be advantageous.
Providing support to the busy admin team
Answer inbound and outbound phone calls
Organise and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Manage a busy inbox, answering enquiries
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Book travel arrangements when required
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Building and maintaining relationships
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Other Administration duties may be required
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience in a similar role Working within a fast-paced environment Min Grade of C achieved for GCSE Maths and English or equivalent Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative Has a "can do" approach
