Job Description

This is a busy and interesting role for 20 hours per week and would suit somebody who enjoys working in a team, with good IT skills and attention to detail. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial and full training will be provided on all aspects of the role.

Schedule:

Administrative Duties:

  • Scheduling
  • Carrying out requests from management as needed
  • Answering emails and sorting post
  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary

Financial Duties:

  • Processing payments
  • Payroll
  • Purchasing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience: Office administration: 3 years (Preferred). Accounts support: 2 years (Required).
