Job Description

Duties will include: -

• Responsible for the full production of the monthly management accounts and supportive commentary for the monthly reporting pack
• Management of the small transactional team and development of tighter control with the reconciliations in the nominal
• Refine and develop the current stock management process and gain tighter controls around movements, usage and stock balances
• Represent finance across the wider business, developing accountability and awareness of internal budget controls
• Responsible for a number of different P&L's from around the group, working closely with the site managers
• Manage all the company bank accounts and monitor all cash balances, monitoring daily cashflow
• Manage the credit control process and ensure effective and timely collections while developing strong customer relations.
• Report all HMRC, VAT and corporate responsibilities
• Effective leader for a small finance team through this time of change

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong month end reporting background for senior management meetings Influential with other peers across the business and an adaptable leader within the finance function Strong background in development of controls and processes within the transactional reporting Excellent level of Excel skills and ERP implementation experience Preferably Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) although solid experience (QBE) in leading a finance function would be considered
