Duties of the Lettings Administrator
*Providers management. (pricing and relationship)
*Payments
*Invoicing
*PM Handover
*Mid tenancy compliance records
*Payment checks
*Compliance works management
*Pre tenancy checks (around special conditions e.g. painting / refurb)
*EICR and GSC understanding - would be nice to have.
*Vetting/onboarding new contractors
