JOB DUTIES
- Providing administration support to the facilities team and deal with incoming calls.
- General administration including data input and dealing with emails.
- Receiving incoming goods & liaise with contractors regarding maintenance requests and repairs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Applicants applying for the Administration Job will Ideally have previous experience in an administration job role and have excellent customer service skills.
- Be PC literate and have strong communication skills.
JOB OFFER
- The Administration Job is temporary
- Pay rate up to £11.50 per hour
- Monday to Friday 37.5hrs per week
- Free parking
