Job Description

JOB DUTIES

  • Providing administration support to the facilities team and deal with incoming calls.
  • General administration including data input and dealing with emails. 
  • Receiving incoming goods & liaise with contractors regarding maintenance requests and repairs. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicants applying for the Administration Job will Ideally have previous experience in an administration job role and have excellent customer service skills. 
  • Be PC literate and have strong communication skills.

    JOB OFFER

  • The Administration Job is temporary
  • Pay rate up to £11.50 per hour
  • Monday to Friday 37.5hrs per week
  • Free parking
  • Flexible working hours.
